虚拟课堂对恢复期脑卒中患者认知偏向及健康行为的影响

摘要
目的探讨虚拟课堂为主的健康宣教对恢复期脑卒中患者认知偏向及健康行为的影响。方法选取2018-01—2019-12河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的恢复期脑卒中患者134例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各67例。对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组基于对照组给予虚拟课堂为主的健康宣教,连续干预3个月。观察比较2组疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度及干预前、干预1个月、3个月后认知偏向(APNIS)、健康行为(HPLP-Ⅱ)、肢体功能(FMA)、日常生活能力(ADL)。结果干预1个月、2个月、3个月后观察组疾病知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月后观察组正性自己、正性他人评分高于对照组,负性自己、负性他人评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月后观察组HPLP-Ⅱ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月后观察组FMA评分高于对照组,ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度94.03%,高于对照组的71.64%(P<0.05)。结论虚拟课堂为主的健康宣教能逐步提高恢复期脑卒中患者疾病认知度,纠正认知偏向,形成良好健康行为,有助于改善患者肢体功能,增强日常生活能力,提升患者对护理工作满意度。
