创伤患者伤口感染病原菌的耐药性研究

摘要：

目的分析创伤患者伤口感染病原菌的耐药性,为临床处理创伤感染使用抗菌药物提供指导。方法 1 500株病原菌来自于2009年3月-2014年3月外科收治的创伤感染患者伤口分泌物,在严格无菌条件下采集标本送检。结果在1 500株病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌765株占51.00%,革兰阳性球菌735株占49.00%;主要革兰阴性杆菌为铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌,革兰阳性球菌主要为金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌;金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和左氧氟沙星3种抗菌药物的敏感性均达到100.00%,而对青霉素、克林霉素和红霉素的敏感性较低。结论在1 500株病原菌中金黄色葡萄球菌分布最广,金黄色葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺、左氧沙星等敏感性最高;表皮葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺和利福平等敏感性最高。
