摘要：

表面肌电图技术被用来研究颈部肌肉的功能状态已有30多年的历史,颈部肌肉活动的相关分析、结构与稳定性及颈部疼痛的关系等领域受到了较为深入的研究。但由于颈部解剖结构的复杂性、测试条件的不可控性,研究进展较为缓慢。通过对表面肌电图技术在颈部肌肉活动评价中的应用研究进行归纳,认为颈部肌肉活动的sEMG信号特征以及颈部肌肉疲劳和颈部疼痛之间的关系是未来该研究领域的主要发展趋势。
