摘要
膝骨关节炎具有高发病率及高致残率等特征,现阶段对其发病机制尚不完全清楚,亦缺乏真正有效的治愈方法,目前对其发病机制及治疗的研究仍以动物实验为主,其关键是建立理想的动物模型。目前用于膝骨关节炎研究的实验动物多种,造模方式多样,且各具优缺点。在进行动物实验前,应结合研究目的、模型特点综合考虑。本文就近年来膝骨关节炎动物模型的研究进展作一综述。
