摘要
缺氧诱导因子 1(hypoxia induciblefactor 1,HIF 1)是普遍存在于人和哺乳动物细胞内的缺氧应答调控因子 ,在缺氧条件下维持氧稳态的关键性物质。临床研究表明 ,恶性肿瘤内存在乏氧细胞使肿瘤更具有侵袭性 ,易发生远处转移 ,主要是乏氧的存在能使肿瘤细胞的一些基因和蛋白的合成及表达增加。HIF 1在这个过程中起中枢纽带作用。本文拟对HIF 1的结构、功能、调节及其在肿瘤生长中的作用进行综述
