<正> 重组DNA技术揭示ACTH、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、α-促黑细胞素(α-MSH)均来源于同一前体——促阿黑皮素原(POMC),并发现ACTH与β-EP共存于弓状核、孤束核内。许多研究发现ACTH与痛和镇痛的关系十分密切。在中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)注射ACTH可引起强而持久的镇痛效应。电刺激PAG引起镇痛效应同时,脑脊液中
