摘要：

OBJECTIVE To obtain the best extracting process of flavonoids from Semen hoveniac. METHODS To compare three different extraction methods:Soxhlet's extracter, percolation and maceration,taking extracting recovery and yield of total flavonoids as indices.RESULTS Extracting recovery and yield of total flavonoids were the highest by extraction percolation,and lowest by maceration. CONCLUSION The method of percolation is the best way for extracting,which is cheap, simple and practicable for industral production.
