视频吞咽造影检查时患者受辐射问题被忽略的调查

摘要：

目的调查临床对视频吞咽造影检查(VFSS)时辐射暴露的关注程度。方法选用PUBMED和CNKI分别检索英文和中文文献。PUBMED检索式为:(radiation)AND(swallow)AND(MBS OR VFSS ORbarium OR dysphagia);CNKI检索式为:(FT=吞咽困难+吞咽障碍+吞咽障碍)and(FT=辐射暴露+辐射损害+辐射防护+辐射量+辐射剂量)。结果PUBMED检得文献中专门针对VFSS辐射暴露的论著共有11篇,综述1篇,含有针对此问题论述的综述2篇,发表时间跨度自1990年到2009年,主要分布于放射学期刊和吞咽困难专业期刊。CNKI检得文献为0篇。结论VFSS的辐射暴露问题尚未在国内引起足够重视。
