过瘤胃氨基酸对乳牛瘤胃发酵、产乳量及乳成分的影响

摘要
用8头荷斯坦黑白花奶牛就饲粮中添加过瘤胃氨基酸(赖氨酸+蛋氨酸)对乳牛瘤胃发酵、产乳量及乳成分的影响进行研究。结果表明,过瘤胃氨基酸组的干物质采食量与对照组无显著差异。过瘤胃氨基酸组的产乳量和4%FCM量较对照组分别提高5.95%和4.09%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。过瘤胃氨基酸组的乳蛋白率较对照组有下降的趋势,但乳蛋白量较对照组有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。其他乳成分并未因添加过瘤胃氨基酸而受到显著影响。瘤胃液的pH值、氨氮浓度、挥发性脂肪酸总浓度及各挥发性脂肪酸摩尔浓度,过瘤胃氨基酸组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。
