摘要
国际金融危机爆发后,上市公司经理薪酬乃成"众矢之的",引发全球新一波薪酬规制浪潮。本文对经理薪酬规制研究与实践新进展进行梳理和评述,以期为我国国企高管薪酬管理制度改革提供借鉴。
