壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合膜的制备和性能

摘要
用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)改性的纳米TiO2 ,以不同掺杂比与 2 %壳聚糖醋酸溶液相混合 ,用流延法制得分散比较均匀的纳米复合膜 用FT IR ,XRD及TEM表征了其结构 ,并测试了透光率、水蒸汽透过率及力学性能 结果表明 :改性纳米TiO2 的大量表面羟基和壳聚糖分子之间有较强的氢键作用 ;纳米TiO2的适当加入有利于提高膜的抗水性 当纳米TiO2 的掺杂比为 1%时 ,复合膜的湿态抗张强度和抗水性分别为 2 7.2 5MPa和 45 .6 % ,与壳聚糖膜相比 ,分别提高了 40 %和 11.6 % .
