细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK1/2)与帕金森病

摘要
细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK1/2)类属丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,能在生理和病理条件下参与神经可塑性调节。近年来发现,体外持续ERK1/2通路活化在多巴胺神经毒素介导的损伤中起直接作用。此外,在剖检的帕金森病患者中脑黑质神经元中存在磷酸化ERK1/2积聚,提示ERK1/2与多巴胺能神经损伤有关联。本文结合近几年帕金森病的研究进展,简要回顾ERK1/2通路活化与帕金森病的相关性。
