髋关节置换与空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效比较

摘要：

目的:对比分析髋关节置换与空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:收集150例老年股骨颈骨折的病人,分为关节置换组与空心拉力螺钉内固定组,骨折按Garden分型,年龄60～89岁,平均73.6岁,分别行髋关节置换（n=80例）和空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗（n=70例）。结果:2组在术后并发症发生率、术后髋关节功能、术后再次手术率、X线追踪等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效肯定,髋关节置换缩短了患者的卧床时间和康复时间,明显减少长期卧床引发的并发症。尤其适用于老年股骨颈骨折（Garden分型ⅢⅣ型）的病人。
