对轻中度高血压患者健康宣教的效果调查

摘要：

目的探讨健康宣教对改善高血压患者代谢症候群的效果。方法入选对象是健康检查收缩压为(140～169)mmHg和舒张压为(90～99)mmHg的人群。入选对象未服降压药治疗,随机分配为干预组(提供健康指导)与对照组(传统的初级保健)。结果干预组与对照组研究前后血压值无明显变化。比较两组腰围值,对照组腰围值增长显著(P<0.05),血清三酰甘油浓度干预组下降(P<0.05)。对照组三酰甘油的变化与重量呈正相关(P<0.01);三酰甘油的变化与腰围也呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论健康宣教能降低患者的腰围值和血清三酰甘油浓度。对于轻中度高血压患者,如果生活方式不改变,代谢症候群危险因素可能迅速恶化。
