普通阿司匹林、阿司匹林肠溶片临床应用胃肠道不良反应的比较

摘要：

目的比较普通阿司匹林与林肠溶片阿司匹在临床应用不良反应的差异。方法对我院近3年来服用普通阿司匹林与阿司匹林肠溶片的患者进行临床资料统计及分析,比较不良反应。结果两种药物在临床上的不良反应以胃肠道刺激所致不良反应多见,而上消化道出血、出皮疹、过敏则少见。结论在临床上使用拜阿司灵比普通阿司匹林更安全,临床上拜阿司灵的胃肠道不良反应明显少于普通阿司匹林。
