分子生物学技术在肠道正常菌群研究中的应用

摘要
对肠道正常菌群的研究方法主要有传统的微生物学方法和分子生物学方法。近几年来大量的分子生物学技术应用于肠道菌群的研究 ,取得了很大的进展 ,这些方法具有快速、方便、全面等优点。本文就16SrRNA、16S~ 2 3SrRNA基因区间、随机扩增多态性DNA、变性梯度凝胶电泳、荧光原位杂交法、脉冲场凝胶电泳等技术在肠道菌群研究中的应用进展作一综述
