摘要：
对知识、知识共享与知识创新的含义进行了辩析,在此基础上分析了供应链成员间知识共享与创新对企业知识创新的重要意义,提出了影响供应链成员间知识共享与创新的关键要素,并总结了供应链成员间知识共享与创新的主要方式与关键要素。
