人血浆精氨酸加压素的放射免疫分析

摘要：

本文报告了在国内首次建成具有高特异性的人血浆精氨酸加压素(pAVP)放射免疫测定(RIA)方法。灵敏度、准确度和精密度均较好。39名健康人pAVP的正常值(M±2SD)为13.6±9.4pg/ml。
