金黄地鼠高脂血症动物模型的应用研究

摘要
目的 :建立金黄地鼠高脂血症模型。方法 :按血浆 TC将 6~ 8周龄雄性金黄地鼠随机分成普通组和高脂组 ,分别饲以胆固醇含量为 0 .0 2 2 %和 0 .2 %、脂肪含量为 4 %和 2 0 %的饲料。每周采血一次 ,测定血浆 TC、TG。结果 :第三至四周动物 TC、TG达到较稳定水平 ,与普通组比较 ,高脂组动物 TC升高了近 2倍 ,TG升高近 1倍。结论 :建立金黄地鼠高脂血症模型所用饲料胆固醇含量低、造模时间短 ,是研究人类脂代谢的理想模型之一。
