老年非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后细胞免疫功能的变化

摘要：

目的探讨老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗后细胞免疫功能变化。方法 58例老年NSCLC患者纳入研究,同期的50例中青年NSCLC患者以及52例健康老年人作为对照,比较化疗前后老年NSCLC患者各项免疫功能指标变化。结果与中青年组比较,老年患者的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著降低(t=4.89,4.88,2.69,P<0.05),白细胞介素(IL)-12显著升高(t=2.16,P<0.05);与健康老人相比,老年患者的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、自然杀伤细胞(NK)显著降低(t=6.63,5.33,3.72,5.67,P<0.05),干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-12显著升高(t=6.26,4.70,P<0.05);化疗前后比较,化疗后CD3显著降低(t=5.81,P<0.05)。结论化疗对患者的免疫功能有一定影响,要及时对老年化疗患者的近期结果进行评价,选择合适的化疗时机。
