摘要：

<正>儿童哮喘是一种严重影响儿童身心健康的常见呼吸道疾病。作为一种需要长期坚持治疗的慢性疾患,儿童哮喘不仅使患儿及其家长承受了很大的经济和精神负担[1-3],也为各国公共卫生机构和卫生政策的制定带来了巨大的挑战[4]。1994年世界卫生组织(WHO)和美国国立卫生研究院心肺、血液研究所在纽约召集17个国家的30多位专家,制定了具有划时代意义的全球哮喘防治创议(Global Initiative for Asthma,GINA),提出长期、持续、规范化和个体化的治疗原则。该方案实施以来,受到了全球专家的一致肯定,并且在欧美国家取得了满意效果[5],在我国按照
