摘要
目前在哺乳动物中使用RNA干扰 (RNAinterference ,RNAi)技术对细胞基因的靶向性有效抑制已经慢慢被人们所认识。当导入一段大于 1 9个碱基对的双链RNA(dsRNA)入细胞中不仅可以导致导入的目的dsRNA降解 ,而且可以引起细胞内的与之同源的单链RNA(ssRNAs) ,即mRNA共同降解。这是细胞本身的固有的现象。基于以上这些因素 ,RNAi技术不仅可作为研究功能基因的强大武器 ,并且可以抑制致病基因的表达并作为一种潜在的治疗方式用于疾病的治疗
