颜面部烧伤后患者早期瘢痕治疗的系统性护理干预

摘要：

目的:探讨系统性护理干预对颜面部烧伤后早期瘢痕治疗效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法:选择我院2014年4月2015年4月收治的颜面部烧伤后进行早期瘢痕治疗的患者100例作为研究的对象,随机等分成试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予系统性护理干预,对比两组患者的面部愈合时间、明显瘢痕增生率、SAS评分、SDS评分及满意度。结果:试验组的面部愈合时间较对照组短;试验组患者瘢痕增生率及SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组;试验组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论:颜面部烧伤后早期瘢痕治疗中给予患者系统性护理可明显缩短患者的面部愈合时间,降低瘢痕增生率,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,并提高患者的满意度,有利于促进护患关系的和谐,值得在临床实践中应用推广。
