摘要
目的:为丹参的临床应用提供理论基础。方法:查阅近年来国内、外文献,从丹参的抗炎、抗肿瘤、细胞保护作用及其他生物学作用与丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路的关系入手,综述丹参作用于MAPK信号通路的研究进展。结果与结论:丹参的多种生物学作用与MAPK信号通路中细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)1、ERK2、c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)、p38蛋白关系密切。应加强丹参的分子水平研究,使丹参生物学作用机制更加明确。
