细胞因子及其组合对脐血基质细胞集落形成作用的比较

摘要：

目的　观察细胞因子SCF、IL 3、BFGF及其不同组合对脐带血基质细胞集落形成的作用。方法　应用体外脐带血基质细胞贴壁培养的方法 ,分别加入不同的细胞因子 ,进行培养 3周时的基质细胞集落计数和培养 4周时贴壁细胞的增殖状态观察。结果　SCF +BFGF、SCF +BFGF +IL 3对脐带血基质细胞的增殖具有明显的促进作用。结论　体外加入某些细胞生长因子对脐带血基质细胞具有明显的扩增作用 ,提示运用脐带血作为新的基质细胞来源在体外细胞因子组合的作用下扩增后进行回输 ,有望成为促进造血损伤修复的新措施
