虚拟团队信任的研究新进展

摘要
文章从传统的团队信任概念出发,首先回顾了虚拟团队背景下的信任在构思上的突破,以及信任各个内涵成分在团队发展过程中的动态特征;其次总结了虚拟背景下信任构建的一些任务策略;最后提出了值得进一步探讨的若干问题。
