鲁米诺-H2O2流动注射化学发光法测定乐果

摘要
在碱性介质中,乐果能够有效增强鲁米诺-H2O2体系的化学发光,据此建立了测定乐果的流动注射化学发光分析方法,并对反应的机理进行了探讨。在最佳条件下,乐果-鲁米诺-H2O2体系化学发光强度在2s内达到了最大值,乐果在5.0×10-8—1.0×10-5g/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为1.5×10-8g/mL。该体系应用于加标蔬菜样品测定,乐果测定回收率为108.0%—119.3%,测定偏差为2.7%—4.6%。化学发光的机理可能是由于乐果先被过氧化氢氧化生成过氧化磷酸盐,过氧化磷酸盐氧化鲁米诺生成激发态,从而产生发光。
