摘要：

正常血压在一天24小时内并非恒定不变,而是在适当范围内存在自发性的波动,以保持器官足够的血流量。随着动态血压监测技术的发展,对血压波动的研究逐步深入,其发生机制和研究方法更加明确,与靶器官损害的关系也越来越受到人们的重视。本文就血压波动的概念、机制、研究方法、诊断标准、靶器官损害及治疗等方面加以综述。
