摘要：

术中神经监测是手术中刺激运动神经,通过分析神经支配肌肉肌电信号,评估神经功能完整性的技术。而其技术原理、标准化步骤、监测指征是了解应用此项技术的关键。笔者仅就有关甲状腺术中喉返神经监测技术的应用与进展进行综述。
