中学教师胜任力与职业幸福感关系的实证研究——以个人教学效能感为中介

摘要
通过采用教师胜任力问卷、教师职业幸福感问卷和教师个人教学效能感问卷对259名中学教师进行调查,考察教师个人教学效能感在教师胜任力与教师职业幸福感之间的中介作用。结果表明:一是教师胜任力、教师职业幸福感和教师个人教学效能感及其各维度之间存在着显著的正相关;二是教师胜任力可以正向预测个人教学效能感,教师胜任力和个人教学效能感均能正向预测职业幸福感;三是教师个人教学效能感中介了教师胜任力与职业幸福感之间的关系。教师个人教学效能感在教师胜任力与职业幸福感之间起部分中介作用。
