摘要：

"生态现代化"是一种解决环境问题的新思路和新方法。狭义上的生态现代化是一种以市场导向为基础的系统性的经济技术革新与扩散,这种生态政治理论最为核心的观点是:一种前瞻性的环境友好政策可以通过市场机制和技术革新来促进工业生产率的提高和经济结构的升级,并取得经济发展和环境改善的双赢结果。国家明智的环境管治、技术革新及其扩散、社会经济的"绿化"都是走向生态现代化的重要路径。在经济全球化的背景下,生态现代化也面临着一些挑战。
