摘要：

在以用户为中心、以满足用户个性化需求为导向的数字图书馆知识服务过程中,与整个知识生态系统密切相关的情境因素对知识服务质量以及用户满意度必然产生重要的影响与作用。本研究基于知识生命周期理论,分析影响数字图书馆知识服务的多个情境维度,探寻每个维度下影响知识服务的情境因素,以期为数字图书馆知识服务的发展提供支持。
