DREB转录因子在提高植物抗逆性中的作用

摘要
拟南芥rd29A基因编码一种与LEA蛋白相似的亲水性很强的蛋白,该基因的表达受干旱、高盐及低温的诱导.rd29A基因启动子区域中,有两个与上述环境胁迫应答有关的DRE顺式作用元件.利用 rd29A基因启动子的 DRE 顺式作用元件和酵母 One-Hybrid方法,两类(共 5个)与DRE元件特异结合、在低温或干旱、高盐胁迫条件下调控报道基因表达的拟南芥DREB转录因子被克隆及鉴定,分别定名为 DREB1A~C和 DREB2A~B. DREB转录因子和 DRE元件在干旱、高盐及低温胁迫信号传递中起重要作用.一个DREB转录因子可以调控多个与植物干旱、高盐及低温耐性有关的功能基因的表达.因此,利用转录因子来改良植物抗逆性,能获得较为理想的综合效果。
