摘要：

血管性认知功能障碍(Vascular cognitive impairment,VCI),是指各种血管性因素引起的不同程度认知功能障碍综合征,诱发因素和发病机制较为明确,但目前尚缺乏十分有效的治疗手段。认知功能障碍的早期诊断,从而为血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia,VD)的预防提供可能。该文从概念、危险因素、发病机制、治疗预防等方面对VCI的现状加以综述,以供中老年朋友参考。
