摘要：

本文对目前国内外心理学界较为流行的两种人格模型理论进行了比较,从模型的相关性、研究基础、模型结构和描述语言上分别予以了分析,最后揭示出两个模型的本质特点并对其在实践领域的应用提出了一点建议。
