摘要：

在网络化信息环境中,随着新信息、知识和技术的不断增长,信息过载正日益成为一个备受关注的社会问题。本文在文献研究的基础上,系统分析了信息过载产生的背景及起因,探讨了其原因及影响;同时还总结了应对信息过载的策略和建议,并指出了研究的局限和未来趋势。
