血睾屏障开放调节机制研究进展

摘要
血睾屏障是生精上皮中以支持细胞间的紧密连接为基础形成的结构,具有形成稳定的微环境和独特的免疫屏障,有序的开放机制保证了精子发生的顺利完成等功能。血睾屏障有序的开放是精子生成的保证,Oc-cludins,Claudins和JAMs这三种膜蛋白在调节血睾屏障的有序开放中发挥了重要作用,体内许多细胞因子和激素,如NO,TGF-β和TNF-α就是通过调节这几种蛋白的水平来调控血睾屏障的开放。尽管对血睾屏障的开放机制有了一定的认识,但目前还缺乏合适的体外模型,建立一种合适的体外模型是目前急需解决的问题。
