企业家任期与企业绩效的关系理论综述

摘要
系统回顾了企业家任期与企业绩效关系研究的相关文献,分析了企业家任期与企业绩效的直接关系理论,概括出直接关系之经典模型的理论要旨、时点分布和成因。以企业—环境匹配程度、企业家变革态度和TMT风险倾向等为中间变量,总结出企业家任期—企业绩效间接关系的理论内涵,指出现有研究在理论和实证上的局限性,提出企业家任期与企业绩效关系的未来研究方向。
