摘要
17β-雌二醇是近年来人们最为关注的重要内源性内分泌干扰物,它对生态系统和人体健康会产生一定的危害.采用分子印迹技术,通过丹磺酰氯与17β-雌二醇反应,合成出17β-雌二醇荧光标记物;建立了微球法合成17β-雌二醇荧光标记化合物分子印迹微球聚合物的方法,所获得的微球粒径均匀,平均为300~400 nm;分子印迹微球聚合物在不同极性溶剂中对17β-雌二醇荧光标记化合物的结合常数顺序为乙腈>甲醇>水>二氯甲烷,其结合量的差异并不显著,平均值为9.74μmol/g.该分子印迹微球聚合物可用于对复杂介质中17β-雌二醇的快速、简便检测.
