摘要：

1前言临床微生物检验在感染性疾病诊断、用药指导、医院感染控制、抗菌药物管理等多方面均扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。但是该领域仍然面临着样本流转时间(turn aroundtime,简称TAT)长等重大问题。例如,在微生物鉴定方面,虽然目前也有自动化鉴定仪出现,相对缩短了TAT,但均大多基于微生物生物化学反应原理,仍然不能实现快速鉴定。因此,临床微生物实验室巫需新的检验技术替代现有技术,实现新的突破。
