初中生成就目标和总体幸福感的关系研究

摘要：

目的　探讨成就目标与总体幸福感之间的关系。方法　用成就目标量表、总体幸福感量表对 2 1 3名初中生进行测查。结果　 1掌握目标对学生的总体幸福感有正面影响 ;2成绩—回避目标对学生的总体幸福感有负面影响 ;3成绩—接近目标对学生的总体幸福感没有明显的预测作用。结论　采取措施培养学生的掌握目标 ,避免学生持成绩—回避目标 ,使学生有良好的总体幸福感应得到广大教育工作者的重视
