摘要
目的探讨影响中老年妇女腰椎骨密度的主要生理因素。方法对198例中老年妇女的腰椎(一)的骨密度(BMD)进行检测,同时将检测结果与年龄、身高、体重、绝经年龄分别进行相关分析和线性回归分析。结果腰椎骨密度与年龄呈负相关(P<0.001),与绝经年龄呈负相关(P<0.001);与身高呈正相关(P<0.05),与体重呈正相关(P<0.05),线性回归分析显示影响腰椎骨密度大小的生理因素依次为:绝经年龄,体重,年龄,身高。结论绝经年龄是影响中老年妇女腰椎骨密度的主要因素。
