叉头状转录因子3在变应性鼻炎中的表达

摘要
目的探讨叉头状转录因子p3(forkhead transcription factor p3,Foxp3)在常年性变应性鼻炎发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SABC法和实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase reaction,RT-PCR)分别从蛋白和基因水平上检测了17例常年性变应性鼻炎患者和11例正常对照者鼻黏膜中Foxp3的表达。同时采用流式细胞仪检测了外周血单个核细胞中Foxp3的表达情况和CD4+CD25+T细胞的阳性比例。结果变应性鼻炎患者和对照者鼻黏膜中Foxp3阳性细胞数分别为(44.2±20.5)个/mm2和(129.5±35.6)个/mm2(P<0.05),外周血单个核细胞中Foxp3平均荧光强度为5.93±2.64和11.72±4.29(P<0.05),CD4+CD25+T细胞分别为(1.99±0.95)%和(3.55±1.27)%(P<0.05),均具有显著性差异。结论Foxp3表达降低和CD4+CD25+T细胞比例下降可能对变应性鼻炎的发生和治疗具有重要意义。
