认知功能障碍药物治疗的研究进展

摘要：

认知功能障碍治疗药物主要通过增强胆碱能神经功能、降低兴奋性氨基酸毒性、抗氧化、抑制β-淀粉样蛋白的生成及激活神经细胞代谢等途径发挥作用。神经变性和血管病变是引起认知功能障碍的两个重要因素。本文对认知功能障碍药物治疗研究进展进行综述。
