摘要：

大多数人都存在主眼。本文就主眼的定义、测试方法、基础研究(动物实验和分子生物学机制)及临床研究(主眼的人群分布、遗传倾向、主眼与利手的关系、眼-手协调性、主眼与单眼视的关系等)进行综述。
