摘要
<正>近年来一个新的生长因子介导的PI3K/Akt信号转导通路逐渐被人们认识,研究表明它参与了许多细胞的抗凋亡、增殖、分化等,尤其对生长因子介导的神经元存活有明显的促进作用。本文就该信号通路的组成、抗凋亡机制及其在急性脑缺血、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病等神经疾病中的研究进展作一综述。
