对957例ICU病人重回率及其影响因素的调查分析

摘要：

目的 :回顾性调查 5年间ICU病人重回率及重回原因 ,根据原因分析危险因素 ,探讨能否通过护理干预手段降低ICU病人重回率。方法 :收集 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月收住ICU的 95 7例病人 ,记录这些病人临床特征 ,重回ICU原因 ,通过资料分析重回ICU的危险因素。结果 :5年ICU病人重回率是 7.5 2 % ;重回原因主要是呼吸和心脏方面的问题 ;ICU重回主要与急性生理评分APS(wald =2 9.2 0 4 ,OR =1.82 6 ,95 %CI为 1.4 6 8～ 2 .2 71,P <0 .0 0 1) ,医院获得性肺炎 (wald =18.74 5 ,OR =12 .6 4 2 ,95 %CI为 4 .0 1～ 39.87,P <0 .0 0 1)有关。结论 :通过重回原因分析 ,能否通过护理干预手段降低ICU病人重回率值得探讨。
