摘要
缺血性脑血管病研究的开展需要合适的动物模型。颈内动脉内插入尼龙线的方法不用开颅、可再灌注 ,损伤小 ,故适用范围广泛。线栓法大鼠大脑中动脉局灶性缺血模型是研究脑缺血的标准动物模型 ,许多学者在动物的选择、尼龙线的制备、放入方法和深度、并发症等方面对其进行研究。本文就影响这一模型的各种因素进行综述
