老年痴呆患者生活质量自评和他评比较分析

摘要：

目的:比较老年痴呆患者生活质量自评和他评的一致性和差异。方法:采用方便取样的方法,应用老年痴呆患者生活质量量表(DQOL)、痴呆临床分级量表(CDR),简易智能状态量表(MMSE),AD病理行为问卷和痴呆患者日常生活能力问卷(ADCS-ADL)对50例老年痴呆患者进行调查。在痴呆患者自评生活质量的同时由其直接照顾者进行生活质量的他评。结果:①轻、中度痴呆患者生活质量自评和他评总得分(r=0.30,P<0.05)、自尊维度得分(r=0.29,P<0.05)呈低度正相关;②痴呆患者的生活质量自评总得分及各维度得分均高于他评(P<0.01)。结论:建议痴呆患者的生活质量的评价应采用自评和他评相结合的方式进行。
