摘要：

文章对已有国内外关于创业生态系统的理论及文献进行综述,分析了创业生态系统的概念、构成及特征,提出创业主体间资源的专业化和差异性是共生关系存在的基础。基于对创业生态系统共生关系驱动因素的分析,构建了创业生态系统共生关系模型,该模型包括共生关系识别、共生关系形成和共生关系发展三个阶段。研究结果表明:在创业生态系统中,基于企业需求和外部环境因素的驱动作用,创业主体根据自身需求与其他创业主体开发创业机会,形成共生关系,促进创业主体间的共生共演,使创业生态系统更好地发展。
